My advise for this week is to take full advantage of listening to the people offering VALUABLE and FREE KNOWLEDGE – the time taken to listen will often cost you far less than the high price of failing to act upon this information!

Ignorance is like a thief in the night, it robs you of taking advantage of your full potential both in life and in business.  This sentence always reminds me of the Care Home operator who was the rightful claimant of a £700,000 Government VAT refund.  It was this same level of ignorance and closed minded approach to business that still to this day stands in the way of them receiving this huge payout.  You might be thinking at this stage that their was a huge amount of work for this owner to undertake in order to make this claim!  Actually on this occasion their was very little they had to do, the high price they were asked to pay to receive this money was a 30 minute meeting!!!
